What we collect

Korean members — required: name, mobile number, shipping address, brand (company) name; optional: online store address, recipient details, business details for tax invoices.

Members in China — required: contact name, email, mobile number, WeChat ID, WeChat nickname, brand (company) name, recipient and shipping address, business license photo; optional: online store address, recipient phone.

Why we use it

To identify members and let them log in (mobile or email verification), to review applications (purchase history or business license), to process orders and match payments, to send approval, order, payment and shipping notices by text message or email, and to ship the coffee.

What is made public

Only if you agree separately, your brand name and online store address are shown on round results pages. Names, contact details, addresses, quantities bought and business licenses are never made public.

Where and how long we keep it

Data is stored on servers operated from Korea and kept until you leave. Order records are kept for five years under Korean e-commerce law; shipping addresses are masked six months after delivery.

Sharing with third parties

To deliver your order we share the recipient’s name, phone number and address with the courier (Korea Post, EMS, etc.). We do not share your information with anyone else.
