Purchases and returns

  1. Within one week of purchase, if there is a quality issue or you are not happy with the coffee, you can return the entire lot.
  2. After one week, returns are difficult. A week is enough time to test the quality thoroughly, and after that it is hard for us to take the coffee back and resell it. Thank you for understanding.
  3. In return, any coffee we sell can be returned if you are not satisfied, provided the conditions are met.
  4. The amount you used for sampling is deducted from the refund.
