Membership

Membership is complete once your application is approved by us. We may suspend membership where normal trading is difficult, for example after repeated unpaid orders.

Orders and payment

Orders can be placed only during a round’s sale period. Korean members pay in won by bank transfer (Woori Bank 1002-643-374983 (account holder 이치훈)). Members in China pay the won amount by remittance arranged on WeChat. Orders not paid by the deadline are cancelled automatically.

Shipping

Orders in Korea ship by Korea Post. For members in China, international shipping (EMS) is quoted separately on WeChat after the order is confirmed.

Cancellations and returns

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically. To cancel after paying, please contact us and we will refund you once confirmed. Within one week of purchase, if there is a quality issue or you are not happy, you can return the entire lot (the amount used for sampling is deducted from the refund); after one week, returns are not accepted.
